Kid Power Programs Terms and Conditions

The following Purchase Terms and Conditions are for your understanding of the purchase process and your purchase from Kid Power Cares, Inc dba Kid Power Programs (KPC). If you have any questions about this process, please contact us at 1-800-834-9334. Each reservation pass that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that pass.

Who We Are
This website is operated by Kid Power Cares, Inc (KPC). Purchases made through this website are made directly with KPC for shows that KPC is self-producing. On occasion you may want to attend a Kid Power performance that is being hosted by a theatre directly. In that case you must contact the theatre to make reservations.

Payment Methods
KPC accepts several methods of payment. You may pay online with MasterCard, Visa and Discover. If you would like to pay by check or purchase order, please contact us by phone or email.

Pricing and Availability
If you believe the pricing of your passes is incorrect please contact us.
Passes to the Kid Power performance may sell out quickly. Due to the large number of passes that some groups reserve, passes may become available at a later date. Also, a second showing of the program may open. Our recommendation is to call or email us if passes for your group are not available.

Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation for your reservation after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with KPC whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may have occurred during the purchase process. KPC will not be responsible for losses if you assume that an order was placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for an order that will cause an order to be canceled. In these cases, please verify your billing address with your bank and/or credit card issuing company before making another purchase attempt.

Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for a pass is incorrect regardless of an error in price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, KPC will have the right to cancel that reservation and refund you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website.

Refunds and Reservation Changes
You may change your number of Kid Power Passes up until 48 hours prior to the event date. Refunds are granted for reservation changes that occur 48 hour prior to the event.
No refunds are given on the day of the performance or after the performance. Changes to the reservation must be made 48 hours prior to the event.

Inclement Weather
If your school misses the field trip event due to inclement weather or another unforeseen emergency, and the event itself was not canceled, a partial 75% refund will be returned to you in the manner in which you paid. If the entire field trip event is canceled due to inclement weather or another unforeseen emergency, efforts will be made to reschedule the event. If your school cannot attend on the new date, a 100% refund will be returned to your school.

Limitation of Liability
You assume all risks incidental to the event for which your passes are issued whether before, during or after a performance and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.

Recording Policy
Video, digital photography and flash photography are not permitted during a Kid Power performance.
